If you are at the C terminal in the Denver Airport and waiting for a flight, Tapas Sky Bar is THE place to be! Great drinks and great food. I ordered the ahi tuna (would recommend!) and the aperol botanic spritz (delicious!). But the best part was our bartender ANDREW! He was funny, kind, had great recommendations and made the 2 hour wait for a flight go by so much faster. Thank you Andrew and Tapas Sky Bar!

I asked Jamie for a Yellowstone Manhattan. To which he said they were out of some vermouth that wasn’t listed as an ingredient and he’d have to use regular sweet vermouth. “Which is more the classic style anyway.” The drink had green flakes in it and was extremely watered down, complete with ice chips. My husband tried it and agreed, so I told Jamie I didn’t like it. I ordered a canned cider instead. Jamie goes off about how it’s a very spirit forward drink and I should’ve ordered something sweeter. He suggested an old fashioned for the next time. I let him know I regularly order manhattans, and this one was watery. As he scoffed and said something about how that’s “impossible because it’s made of nothing but booze”, he breaks the glass while dumping it. After setting down my cider, he still pushes that I should ask for sweeter drinks. The lady sitting a couple of seats over says, “it’s weird that he won’t let it go. You made the drink wrong; like, it happens”. Anyway, I’m only making this review because he ignored us completely afterward, which is why there’s no picture. And Andrew was amazing to watch. I wish I’d have asked him for a drink but he was working the opposite end when all this was happening. I’ve managed bars and restaurants for over a decade and bartended for longer. This was the weirdest and most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time.

Andy was so friendly and helpful. He was attentive and quick. He made special shots for the group. We had fun but also weren't interrupted. The music was good. The TVs were not loud. We all enjoyed the wedge salad. Mediterranean plate, nachos, and BLTA.

The turkey sandwich lack of taste. I couldn't find any sauce. Also rather than the tortilla chips, could've be fries which match better in my opinion. A little surprise was a hair over the tortillas. I'm glad I was wearing glasses. A good habit if you're in a public place like Denver Airport. Maybe a full hair protection would avoid that embarrassment.
