Stoney’s is a sports bar chain with this one located right by the busy and happening street of Broadway. Like most other businesses in the area, parking is limited to street metered parking and paid parking lots. If you are looking to go catch a Nuggets, Avs, Broncos game, Stoney’s is a solid choice if you want to be around other people that are as into sports as you are. They have some decent deals on drinks like beer buckets and such with average prices overall. The food is not half bad and what you would expect from food at a sports bar. The only thing I have to critique is that the service was very slow when I visited. Given that it was packed for a Nuggets game, I understand but it was still irritating especially when our bill wasn’t correct on top of that.

This place is ACES for any sporting event watch party with dozens or just a couple friends catching up while one is in town! They've got a great staff and fun atmosphere for all seasons. I'm not sure what team particularly lays claim to the bar because every time I've been there, it's been a rainbow of jerseys and cheers. If ya don't see your team on the tube, they'll be sure to set up a station for ya in quick time and without a hassle. Be sure to get there early so you have a seat to grab for the bigger events and home team games. The place gets PACKED, which is astounding since it claims to sit in 20,000 square feet with banquet capacity of 800 and reception capacity of 1200, according to Visit Denver! As for parking with such floorspace, it's downtown. The street parking is limited, metered. There is a small paid parking lot proximal and lots near the DAM which isn't a far walk. Honestly, there are always Ubers nearby; it's safer anyway, after a couple beers during a game. As for the food, it's bar food with some zest. You can find your traditional burgers and nachos, but with some flavorful options over just questions about cheese whether you want fries with that. The menu is both assorted and quite the volume to peruse, especially when it comes to shared platters, as well as veggie and vegan options... and TATER TOTS, which are my favorite. For a good time during the season and off-season, inside with those seats around one of three bars or outside on the spacious patio catching rays, this place is a terrific hang!

Our first time visit Denver and it’s right at the corner to the art museum. One of the best pork burger and house salad in town! Warm service and nice vibes! Highly recommend it!

Stoney’s is the perfect spot to watch sports, enjoy delicious food, and hang out with friends or family. It’s a spacious venue with a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. There’s a patio, a bar top, pinball, skee ball, and arcade games. And guess what? It’s also a KU bar, so you can cheer on the Jayhawks while you sip on a drink. ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK! 🦅 The chorizo nachos are a must-try. They’re absolutely delicious and topped with queso. The new menu item, the Oaxaca cheese quesadilla with chiltepin salsa, is also worth trying. It came out hot and tasted amazing, it would be good with chicken added too. The cheese is rich and flavorful, and the salsa is a great complement. Wing Wednesday is a great deal. You get eight wings to start, and then five per order after that (doesn’t include fries). There are a variety of wing sauce choices to choose from, including Stoney’s Original dry rub, Cajun dry rub, Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, BBQ, mango habanero, XXX, smokin garlic, spicy honey, Nashville hot, and spicy pineapple express. Our server was Jenn and rocked it. Every staff member I saw was incredibly friendly and attentive. The manager Magdalena was particularly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Stoney’s is a fantastic place to spend a night out. If you’re in the Denver area, you definitely should check it out! **Please Note: they have Stoney’s merch so ask the bar/server. KU alumni and other schools give merch too. **Events with prizes!: Tuesday Night Bingo @ 7pm Wednesday Night Trivia @ 7pm Thursday Night Trivia @ 7pm
