Beacon is definitely one of my favorite spots in Denver. Joey Parms Pizza pops up Fri-Sat and they have the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life to date. Beacon’s atmosphere is creative and futuristic and the drinks are good too! There’s an artist bazaar on 1st Friday’s and vendors on the weekends as well. Great local hangout!

Tons of cool spaces. Great vibes. Fast service. It feels like 4 bars in one. The patio is warm, even on a cold night due to space heaters.

Beacon RiNo in Denver, Colorado, is easily one of the most exceptional venues I have had the pleasure of performing at—and it’s all because of its incredible team, led by the phenomenal Heaven. From the moment I walked through the doors as a performing artist, I felt genuinely welcomed by a team that wasn’t just doing a job they had to, but one they clearly loved. The venue itself is beautifully curated: industrial-chic décor, warm lighting, and thoughtfully arranged seating make Beacon feel like a home away from home. But what truly sets it apart is the people behind the scenes—especially the staff and management. Every interaction felt personal, genuine, and steeped in hospitality. Whether I was preparing backstage or mingling with guests, I never felt like just another performer. The staff took time to ask how I was, if I needed anything, and even offered water, snacks, and some good conversation to calm the pre-show butterflies. Small gestures, maybe—but they made a huge difference. Now, let me highlight Heaven, the manager. In a world where performers often feel like an afterthought, Heaven made it clear from the start that artists are valued. She checked in regularly during soundcheck, asking what I needed to be comfortable—not just technically, but holistically. “Do you feel good? Comfortable with the setup? Anything else we can do so you can shine?” That level of care isn’t just professional—it’s heartfelt. And during the performance, Heaven wasn’t just observing; she was actively engaged, making sure the vibe was right, the lighting and sound were crisp, and that both I and the audience were having an amazing time. Heaven also ensured the audience’s experience matched the performers’. She would approach guests between sets, making sure everyone had drinks, felt welcomed, and was enjoying the evening. Her energy is infectious—effortlessly guiding the flow of the event, connecting with people, and never missing a detail. If anything needed adjustment—a mix tweaked here, a lighting cue fine‑tuned there—Heaven was on it, swiftly and with a smile. What resonated most with me was how the team’s approach centered around care and connection. It wasn’t scripted hospitality—it was heartfelt. Conversations with staff weren’t just “can I help you?” but “how’s your night going?” or “tell me about your experience so far.” It elevated the entire evening and warmed the room with a sense of community. As an artist, performing is as much about emotional connection as musical connection, and Beacon RiNo offers the perfect stage for both. The atmosphere is intimate yet lively, the sound system solid, and the staff—led by Heaven—is attentive and passionate. If you’re looking for a venue that treats performers like family and audiences like beloved friends, Beacon RiNo is exactly that. In short: Beacon RiNo is a gem in Denver’s art and music scene. Warm ambiance, stellar acoustics, and service that goes above and beyond. Heaven is the embodiment of what great venue leadership looks like—attentive, kind, intuitive, and genuinely artist- and guest-focused. I can’t wait to return—either to perform or to enjoy another memorable evening. Highly, highly recommended.

This is an amazing night life spot! Most compelling is that there are staff who discreetly are watching to make sure women and everyone are getting to be safe here. It allows everyone to have a good time and not worry about someone taking advantage of them! There are so many different rooms and decorations and vibes, all are so impressive and entertaining and alluring. There’s an outdoor area if you want some air and a fire pit, or the indoor vibes with the DJs are fantastic! Spaces to talk and spaces to just dance. A couple people tastefully selling cool experiential things like body paint and keychain gems. This spot rules!
