Middle State Coffee

One of the best coffee shops in Denver! The lattes are always smooth and delicious, and you can tell they use quality beans. I love grabbing a cup here and bringing their beans home too — they make great coffee every time. Super consistent, great flavor, and just an all-around solid spot for coffee lovers.

Love love love Ebony and the energy she brings to this space. She took the time to walk through the whole menu and what it all means, for myself/Mother in law & sister in law. It can be confusing and overwhelming at times when ordering at different spots & for her to take the time to explain was incredible. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious, and is a person who helps make you feel empowered. Her drinks are fantastic! Giving her what you typically like and she came up with new options for us to explore our likes and palates. Whenever we try to come back for that same experience with other baristas there, is not quite the same. Kind staff but most of their drinks can be unfortunately burnt tasting. Our hope is that they have Ebony do a teaching course for the rest of the staff there, so they can be at her calibre. Thanks for always creating an outstanding experience, Ebony! 🙌👏🩷

We are from out of state and wanted a pick me up on our drive back home. Swung in and was happily surprised! We both got matcha with oat-milk, one iced and the other warm with vanilla syrup. It’s so hard to come by good quality matcha’s but these were both great! The service was amazing too -such joyous people. 🙌

Cute coffee shop, very hipster. They were out of mocha but I had an iced latte my husband had a chai. They made a pretty design on his! Very good!
