HashTAG - Downtown Denver

First time here and WOW 🤍 this is officially my favorite breakfast spot in Denver. We ordered the mimosa flight, eggs benedict, and the chicken and waffles, and everything was incredible. I’ve tried Urban Egg, Snooze, and Delectable Egg, and this place is hands down better than all of them. The portions were HUGE for the price, which was such a pleasant surprise. Amazing value and amazing food. Shoutout to Eric, our server, one of the nicest humans ever. Full of energy, such a beautiful vibe, and truly made the experience even better. Seriously, give that man a raise. He was amazing. The atmosphere was great, the food was outstanding, and everything was super clean and up to standard. Thank you for such a great breakfast experience, we will 100% be back!! 🥞✨

First time here, had a blast! LIANA WAS AMAZING and so attentive to our table, she reco’d the Harvest Hash Skillet - 2 of us got it and we LOVED IT!! I’m begging y’all to keep it on the menu or have new hash skillets every few months. The big skillet cinnamon bun was a perfect sweet treat to share! I love visiting Denver and I’ll totally be back next time I’m in town!

I had the exact same order at the Central Park location, chilaquiles with a side pancake with chocolate chips and I have to say it was just a little better. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Lyndsey was amazing with her suggestions and modifications, got me seated and served right away, and made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back.

A+ brunch experience in downtown Denver! We walked in and were immediately greeted by Brett with the warmest, most inviting energy. Atmosphere was nice and decor was cute! Food was top notch in my opinion for the value of—the pancake was one of the best I’ve had in a long time (and then small was still huge!). We ordered the wake and bake skillets and the crispy brussels sprouts on top were phenomenal! The biscuits were huge and fluffy and the homemade jams really tasty. Our server, Lindsay, was so sweet and helpful and brought great vibes to our table whenever she came by. Overall great experience and would totally recommend for anyone looking for brunch in the Denver metro area!
