We were quoted a rate for a 2nd night and when it came time to pay this rate evaporated. If there is one thing I really hate is doing business with a company that has lied to me. I would say avoid this place unless anything you do with them is in writing upfront. The lied about the room rate for the 2nd night our motel phone never worked. It is true they are friendly but what thief isn’t. We have stayed here 2 years in a row never again…

Right next to the Seventh Circle music venue, Thursday night and I felt like I had a front row seat, even with earplugs in and a pillow over my head I could still hear the vocals, which were entirely screaming. They said they could move my room, as it’s the one closest to the venue, but told me it wouldn’t help with the noise. It’s midnight. Very excited for work tomorrow.

With its proximity to downtown Denver and its free parking, this hotel is an excellent alternative to other more expensive hotels (and $50+ hotel parking) located directly downtown. We stayed here while attending a show at the Oriental Theater, which is an easy 15-minute drive directly up Federal Blvd and just a hop and a skip down 44th. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Lindsey and Celeste who made our check-in a breeze. As a welcome surprise, Lindsey informed us that we had been upgraded to a nicer room which we appreciated tremendously. Our room was clean and spacious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. Relative to the price we paid, this was also a remarkable surprise as we had recently paid more for hotels that weren't even close to being this well kept. The pool area was also spacious and clean, and although the water was just a bit cooler than ideal, we enjoyed our morning swim a great deal. It would have been nice to have a hot tub as well, but the pool was the most important part. We only book hotels with swimming pools, and we and our kids love looking forward to this indulgence. The complimentary breakfast was quite good compared to others we've had recently, and was a nice final touch on our visit. All things considered, we would love to stay here again.
