Welton Room cocktail + kitchen

If you like espresso martinis then this place is a must try! The staff was very attentive and personable. All the drinks we tried were delicious. Great drink presentations and a nice atmosphere inside the bar. Highly recommend you make reservations especially if you're with a group of people. We will definitely be back!

Make sure you make a reservation before you go, or you’ll get there and they will be packed and booked. We got some fries here, they were super fresh and crispy! We originally came here for the Martinis- we got the espresso martini with whipped coffee and a cookie on top, and also a martini Christmas flight. Highly recommend, they are so good, you can taste the flavor of the different notes.

Best tapas place I have been to in Denver...or the US...or the world. From start to finish EVERY dish we had was excellent. Mushrooms. Olives. Tostones. Lamb Albondigas. Cabbage. Malted Potatoes. And, the best of the best, the Japanese Fried Chicken (2 orders). Not to mention some great cocktails...and desserts. And our waitperson was super chill and helpful. Got to chat with the owner as well...very nice and down-to-earth guy. Just a great night at a GREAT restaurant. Go there!

While I’ve eaten at The Welton Room and thoroughly enjoyed it, this review is for the adjacent Monkey Bar. Holy cow! I cannot say enough good! The drinks are creative, the attention to detail is astounding, and the service is peerless. What a jewel! The martini flights are whimsical and I highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate Martini & the Pan con Tomate.
