F1 Arcade was such a fun and exciting experience! The simulators are incredible and really make you feel like you’re in the race. Having past F1 races playing throughout the venue was the perfect touch and added so much to the atmosphere. The food was surprisingly really good as well. The only minor hiccup was that it took a bit of time to get someone to take our order, but once we did, everything was great. Overall, an awesome experience and a place we’d absolutely come back to!

The staff was very courteous and helpful when I needed to adjust my reservation. The simulators were incredible and the staff was knowledgeable when we had any questions on how to play. All of the food we had was outstanding! I’d stop in just to eat! Tuna and bulgogi tacos were my personal favorites. Can’t wait to try the wagyu burger! The highlight was that my family had an amazing time, even my teenage nephews didn’t complain about anything. You can tell the staff knows hospitality and that they care. Beginning to end, fantastic experience and we look forward to going back! Shout out to Cam, Connor and Cami! Thank you all!

Not the best experience but I would be willing to give it another try. We came in and the woman who helped us was very nice. We did go in during the "peak pricing" window, however, I still believe $60 for two people and three races (which are maybe 5 minutes each) is outrageous. You are also forced by the simulator to do your races back to back so our experience was over in a matter of 15-20 minutes. We were told the seating was first come, first serve so we snagged the closest available table. Our server brought us waters and took our order, however, after we sat down at our simulators, another group came in, pushed our stuff that was on the table to the end, and sat in our seats. Since our simulator experience was already over, we decided to not make a big fuss and move to another table further away. Our drinks that we ordered were then brought to the table we were originally at, and the group that was there drank our drinks, probably with full awareness they were not theirs. The drinks are brought out by another person, who was not our server so I don't fault our server here, but it is a flawed system for that reason. At this point the drinks had taken about 30 minutes so we decided to find our server, cancel our order, and leave. After the server heard what had happened he was very eager to have us speak with his manager to make it right, which was very much appreciated. The manager, I believe his name was Jace, was very empathetic and helpful. He offered us our drinks to be remade for free which we did do, and some food for free but with how long the drinks took the first time we decided to decline. Overall, I think the experience itself is fun, but absurdly priced. I do understand this place has only been open a few weeks so there is still some ironing out to do with the service and its flaws. Not a great first experience whatsoever, however the managerial staff was very eager to make it right with us which will bring me back one day, I will definitely be going during non-peak hours though.

When we booked, I was a little skeptical as there was 10 of us with five kids ages 16 to 10. We went a hour early to eat and worked out perfect as right when we got done eating, our time was available for the races. We got a quick update on how to use everything it was super simple my 10-year-old had the time of her life. I didn’t think it would be that easy for her, but it was.just make sure you select rookie mode for the younger ones. We reserved 1.5 hours for 9 people and it worked out perfect. We all rotated and had a great time.
