Ash and Agave

I was lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening of the restaurant and as a service industry professional I am happy to say that Ash and Agave was a stellar experience for my date and I. Eric was my server and was very personable and professional (amicable if you will). I consider much of the staff great colleagues and beyond the service I particularly enjoyed the mussels and the scent of the wood burning furnace throughout the restaurant. I have returned since and will continue to enjoy associating myself with Shucking Good Hospitality.

Just had lunch with the bar team of Iris and Zayne? They were great, fun to chat with and you can tell they know what they are doing behind a bar. Food was great the short rib taco was a winner. The chips and salsas that come out were fun to try out the mixes all were good. Def will be back.

We took our daughter and son-in-law for dinner. It was amazing! The crafted cocktails and apps were great! We ordered beef dishes and they were cooked to perfection. I'm not a huge fan of spicy food and I loved that I could order with less spices than others. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Amazing food and service we had stop by Cherry Creek and saw this Mexican inspired restaurant Ash and Agave we got recommended appetizers and a run down of the menu. What really stood out was the attentive service they welcome you with complimentary fruit for your water also chips and salsa! I enjoyed Michelle’s recommendation with the Sea Bass ceviche, Wood grilled oysters, Coctel campechano, and Al pastor Skewers. For the main entree we had some sharebles as recommended by Eric to get family style we had the Rotisserie chicken all the tacos WOW you can taste that flavor also enjoy that chard skin on the chicken. As for the tacos were good paired well with the salsas. We had to try drinks the solora and all their margaritas were all delicious. Definitely enjoyed the toasted coconut margarita so refreshing. DESSERT is amazing the tres leches cake is so good. The cotija gelato is out of this world. There’s a variety of food, drinks and desserts. Will be back!
