Red Pine Motel

RPM offers weekly room at great rate, furnished with linens provided; rooms are clean, are and always have been bug/rodent free with Sprague Pest Control - they are Fantastic! Current management/ maintenance team live on site - 14+ years! -Dave and Danielle have turned a motel days away from being shut down into a humble and economical motel, offering weekly rentals. No small feat. Considering the former reputation and locale associated with drug addicts and public nuisance - the former owners hired the team expressly for their combined work history. Danielle is a certified addictions counselor level 3, ran stout street foundation for 5 years and has property management experience including Best Western, economy in and several property Mgmt companies. David also has Mgmt experience both in property Mgmt and Construction serving as Supervisor / Foreman including GE Johnson, Arapahoe Utilities & Infrastructure and Sharp Electric, among others! Combined they are a powerhouse! Both strong personalities with level heads that have a positive report with area locales and neighborhoods, as well as businesses and authorities. They are known to help when they can. . . Respecting all !! They are proud of their children - all of which excelled in school and college bound. Many have stayed at Red Pine ....some short stays , some for years at a time. Many moving on to bigger and better futures and coming back to visit Dave and Danielle, with appreciation. There are some who couldn't stay, and were asked to leave for different reasons... Some return and some disgruntled. Not unfamiliar in hospitality. It is these few that may reach for retaliation through bad reviews, false police calls and worse; like vandalism to both personal property and to the motel property. There has been several police checks incited in one day by someone asked to vacate - all unfounded. In truth, most negative reviews are done by unknown; not even doing reviews as themselves! In checking against RPM registrars, these people are unknown and have never even stayed at Red Pine. Likewise, there have been photos added to discredit. The negative reviews standing out in stark contrast to the positive reviews. Dramatic claims aimed in an attempt to deter patrons. Obviously! So for the first time in 14+ years we make this effort to offer feedback and response. Adding also some background to the team, hopefully giving some insight. Regardless, RPM will continue to operate in a business professional manner and welcomesall . . . Operating RPM by means of no harm to anyone and certainly with intended best regards to all !!

"Warning: Unsafe environment I recently stayed at the Red Pine and experienced a frightening situation. The manager, David, was aggressive and stole money from me. I also witnessed domestic violence. If you're looking for a safe and secure place to stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

Stayed here when my friends band had a gig at Herman’s Hideaway. The rooms are reasonably priced. Don’t know what everyone is complaining about; it’s four walls, a door bathroom and you control the temperature. I haven’t seen any rodents (aside from a couple junkies the manager was throwing out ) Sure, it’s not the Hilton but who wants to stay at the Hilton where nothing happens when you can stay at the red pine motel and have a hell of a story to tell your friends.

This is the worst motel ever. The people are rude, liars, and seemed like they were on drugs. They took my puppy. Scammed my dad out of money. They offered to take my puppy $25 off rent, I needed the money for food because we had none but I agreed, after my dad paid them the money around 2-3 in the morning they knocked on the door to kick us out. So in the morning we started packing up. Finally they told us to get out. They kicked a family with a baby out on the street. My husband, dad, and brother all had to quit their jobs because we had no where to go. So we left Denver. The managers are very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE. THEY STEAL FROM YOU!
