Things to Know

Tivoli Tap House is a hotel restaurant and bar at the Westin Denver Airport known for craft beers like Collette Farm Ale, located in the terminal with limited dining alternatives.

The beer selection and food quality are decent, but inconsistent staffing, QR-code-only ordering, and dismissive service from some bartenders make this an expensive, frustrating choice when better airport options exist.

  • Collette Farm Ale and other craft beers are crisp, fresh, and worth trying
  • Food quality is solid when it arrives, with reviewers noting good taste despite high prices
  • Chronic understaffing results in poor table service, long waits, and staff who seem burnt out or unhappy
  • Chicken wings are undersized and overpriced ($22 for 8 tiny wings), sometimes inedible
  • Burger patty ($24) does not justify the cost; burger and sides alone can exceed $20
  • Mandatory QR-code ordering with automatic 20% tip plus 2% credit card surcharge adds up quickly
  • Bartenders reported as dismissive, unwelcoming, and rude to customers
  • No follow-up service if food arrives wrong or late; you're on your own
  • A complete meal easily exceeds $70+ after tips and surcharges

What is it about hoity toity hotels, that carries over to the bartenders? In a lot of cases. The day girl, on January 22 2026. Sashayed around, like I wasnt there. She was put off by me. Is it the arrogance of the hotel, or because she is a kid, or is she miserable doing what sheis doing. I am sitting right here writing this. At noon. She must be getting off soon, because she got happier. Or she knows she could be a better person. You should be ashamed if the size of your chicken wings. For the money you charge, you should serve nice, bigger chicken wings. Its not that hard.

I thought stepping out the airport would be cheaper…but that wasn’t the case. But the Collette Farm Ale was crisp and fresh definitely worth the cost. Will be back for food. It’s a Marriott property so much respect! Thank you D for the advice!

The service is terrible. Only 1 person waiting on tables. No one there to greet us or seat us. You have to order thru the qr scan. And when paying you have to log back in within 10 minutes to leave tip or else they will automatically do a 20% tip. The child’s food came after we were almost done eating our own. The food was very good.

If you are going to stay at the Westin at Denver airport you are limited to the restaurants around you. I have gone into Tivoli the last few trips. Here is the deal, they are very understaffed. The last time I was there the cook walked out and they stopped serving food. All I heard from the servers was how this place sucks to work at and everyone quit. The food is ok, like an Applebees but it cost a ton. Never order the wings they are so small and for 22 dollars maybe you get 8 but they are half the size of normal wings and they are sometimes not even edible. The burger patty is not remotely worth the 24 dollars they charge. If your food has anything wrong with it or they gave you the wrong food, you are out of Luck because no one is coming back to check on you. You are better off walking back into tue airport and eating there. Burger (and crushed potato chips), tiny meatless wings, and a coors light with the 20% tip and the 2% they add for using a credit card= 72 dollars!!! Come on now
