Barista Bot

Just tried to get a latte. It charged me, but didn’t produce my order. Definitely won’t try that again. Hope I get reimbursed because there’s no answer when you call the phone number affiliated with it.

This was an awful experience. Ordered and paid for two coffees, and the robot never made the drinks. Waste of $10 plus the time I stood there waiting for the drink, and the time I’ve spent on the phone with my bank disputing the charge.

I tried to get a vanilla steamer with cinnamon sugar and mini marshmallows. I got lukewarm milk with the idea of cinnamon and one sad dusting of marshmallow chunk. It was a fun novelty watching the robot, but not worth the $5 I paid for it

Paid $5.42 for an empty cup this morning. Can’t call to complain - goes to a message that says the voicemail box hasn’t been set up yet. No customer service number, no receipt. Complete scam.
