How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

LOVE this idea!! I had a 5hr layover and didn't want to pay for lounge access, so this was perfect. Improvement suggestions: -Wall off or glass in the area to keep airport noises out. -Dim lights always -Sell ear plugs / eye masks - you'd make a fortune! -Make a separate kid-free area. The screaming kids really wasn't the vibe -Have a couple rules, like: please be respectful & quiet. NO phone conversations - take it outside. Headphones required for music / games / watching tv or movies.

Comfy, but small. There are a few dozen lounge chairs in the space, free for ticketed customers. During a relatively busy late night travel period, all of them were full, which isn't unexpected for an airport lounge. But the people who got to lounge looked very comfortable :) The area doesn't appear to be labeled at all. It's on the third floor, above the food court.

This is a great idea and I wish more airports offered this kind of service. Sadly, every single time I've walked past at various times of day and night, it's always full. So don't expect to be able to use this. I ended up having to sleep on the floor.

Good idea but chairs could be more comfortable. Dim the lights at night. It’s so bright.
