The ladies at freshens are the best! Nittaya and the crew greet me every morning with enthusiasm! It makes me feel appreciated. The healthy food choices and smoothies are worth the trip. I’ll definitely return again and again.

AHH! This was my connecting flight and I hadn’t had freshens in so long!! So happy I saw this place their food is so good! I also enjoyed the two people that were working here at 8:06AM on 10.30. They were soooo nice seriously. A great airport stop!!

I visited this restaurant in the DEN Airport on January 3, 2025, and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had in an airport. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. As a flight attendant, I travel frequently and experience customer service everywhere—but what I encountered here went far beyond that. The ladies at this location could truly teach a masterclass in customer service and hospitality. I once heard that customer service is what you do, but hospitality is how you make someone feel—and they embodied that perfectly. Their warmth, kindness, and attentiveness made my day, and I felt compelled to let them know just how impactful their hospitality was. Experiences like this are rare, especially in busy airport environments. I am so grateful and highly recommend stopping here if you want to be treated with genuine care and respect.

Employees looked at me several times without and kept texting on his phone. The female employee didn’t see me but the male one kept looking up and looking back down which is very distasteful. Hire better people.
