I was helped by the kindest, most polite, young man who spent quite a bit of time creating a custom box of chocolates for my mother in law. (I was completely thrown for a loop when the box that I have always bought for her on trips was no longer on the shelf.) He stepped right up and used his choco expertise to make a box like, or better, than the one they used to sell. Name on receipt is Brenden. Ask for him by name!!

Save your money the caramel apples here are awful. There is no real layer of caramel beneath the toppings, the toppings taste expired and you can't taste the chocolate in the chocolate drizzle so I'm guessing it's cheap chocolate which is no surprise. Highly disappointing as I picked up 2 different apples that cost $30 dollars and neither were an indulgence. Rocky mountain chocolate factory doesn't give the customer what they pay for seemingly they are taking shortcuts to make money at the customer's expense by showcasing caramel apples that barely have enough of a coating and if made fresh why do you need to cover the apples in cling wrap? That is a red flag. Its a switch and bait shop. Take a look at the photos I've uploaded, you can judge for yourself.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Emma checked me out and was extremely rude. First of all she had an earphone in and was on the phone with her friend the entire time and when i went to check out, then she had a huge attitude when i almost pressed the wrong button on the keypad. She was extremely sassy when i said sorry and then acted as if she was going to take the chocolate away from me and not sell me it after i made the mistake. As i was leaving i heard her say something rude about me to her friend on the phone.

They stoped selling chocolate covered Macadamias and the Turtle version. Would always stop when ever I was on concourse B no reason to stop anymore.
