Starbucks

I ordered an Americano with cream (half and half) and nothing else. I got a room temp drink with sugar in it which I cannot have. I explained to 3 different people that I couldn’t drink it and was given the correct drink…. Barely warm. Please tell me this is not punishment for asking nicely that it be fixed.

I collect mugs from Starbucks from the different states/cities I visit. They are always $17.95 except for this location. They increased their price too $22.95 and when I went to purchase a mug they didn’t “black out the price” the manager wouldn’t honor the original price. Poor customer service on behalf of the manger. The coffee was still great, and the cashier was nice as well.

Currently have a layover til 9a and walked around terminal C to see if there’s any food available around 1a . As I approached store, Noah was ready to help me and my husband out with our order and gave us really good recommendations as we were having trouble deciding. Thank you Noah! for making our night slightly better with your positive attitude and welcoming atmosphere:)
