Stayed in a nearby hotel while in Denver, and had to check this place out. The shop is clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. The first time I decided to get a small cup with a scoop of pistachio lemon curd and a scoop of sage blackberry swirl. Both flavors were incredible! The lemon is vibrant and lively with the pistachio, and the sage complements the blackberry, giving it this earthy, complex flavor that you don’t often find with gelato. It was so good I stopped in again to get the affogato with their strawberry balsamic. Again the flavor was remarkable, and it balanced perfectly with the espresso. Highly recommend checking out this spot!

You can immediately tell it's made with high-quality ingredients, and the fresh waffle cone makes every bite even better. The shop itself is beautiful, spotless, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a place where you instantly feel comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic, high-quality gelato, Tifa is a must-visit.
