Called and spoke to Kristen about room availability/prices. She seemed annoyed that I dare bother her with my questions. Not sure what her attitude was for. I apologized since I was calling kind of late(even though the desk is staffed 24/7), thanked her for helping me and the response was something along the lines of "uh, ya ok" she has the people skills of a karen with the wrong order. Apparently safety is also something this hotel staff doesn't care about. They loudly announce what floor you're on to a lobby of strangers. I found this quite odd as I had mentioned to Kristen that I was traveling alone. She said she always announces what floor guests are on which seems ridiculous. What if small children are with guests? Free advertising from the front desk staff where they are I guess is how this hotel operates. Truly disappointed as I'd heard good things from coworkers. I ended up booking elsewhere and would recommend others do the same. Especially if they have kids

When I checked in the lobby was filled with men and I was there alone with my 5 yr old granddaughter. One man was standing maybe 3 feet away from me at the desk and the clerk asks for my phone number. It was written on the paper which I told her because I wasn’t about to say it out loud for everyone to hear. Then she announces out loud that I’m on the 3rd floor. I said not anymore, u can change rooms and not announce it to the entire lobby. She then says she has no other rooms similar to what I booked and I have to get a downgrade. I’m pissed but say ok at first. I had to put a parking pass in my car and when I came back the lobby was empty so I went back to the clerk (Kristen I believe) and said I want what I paid for and she tried to tell me what I was placed in was what I paid for. I told her it wasn’t and then she agreed to put me in a different room. I told her that it was inexcusable to announce what floor I’m on for safety reasons. She was snotty and said she does that all the time and I said there’s no reason to announce which floor guests are on, just write the room number down and let it be. Not only was she snotty during the whole interaction, after she handed me my keys she turned to walk off and then yelled out that I’m on the 3rd floor! Then ran to the elevator and went away! What kind of customer service is that?!?! I will never come back to this hotel again! After reading the reviews and how many complaints there have been with rude staff, I can’t believe management allows this to continue. Also the hallways smell like stale cigarette smoke. Ever heard of carpet cleaning or at the very least air fresheners??? I’d give a half a star if I could.

This Hotel Is Actively Unsafe and Should Not Be Housing Guests My wife and I are currently staying at this hotel, and what is happening here is shocking, degrading, and completely incompatible with basic standards of hospitality, safety, or accessibility. Last night, we experienced hours of loud, disruptive noise from a neighboring room well past midnight. We reported it multiple times. The front desk did nothing. The message was clear: guest well-being is not a priority here. Today, without any warning, the hotel begins active construction directly above our room. This is not a surprise emergency. This is planned work. We are not informed at booking. We are not informed at check-in. We are told we will be moved before construction starts, and then that promise is simply ignored. Then it escalates to something far worse. The hotel shuts off the water without notice. This happens while I am in the middle of personal hygiene after a haircut, leaving me unable to clean myself. When I go to the front desk to address this, I am told the water will not be restored and that I have one hour to leave the hotel. I am a disabled guest. No accommodation is offered. No accessible room is provided. No alternative hotel is arranged. No assistance of any kind is offered. Instead, I am effectively told to get out while essential services are denied. When pressed, staff claim they have no clean rooms and no housekeeping available. They cite internal staffing issues and even bring up fears about ICE arrests as an explanation. Whatever internal chaos this hotel is experiencing is not my responsibility, and it certainly does not excuse denying water, refusing accommodation, and threatening to eject a disabled guest for complaining. This is not “poor service.” This is systemic failure. A hotel that: • Allows unchecked disturbances at night • Starts construction without notice • Cuts off water without warning • Refuses relocation • Pressures a disabled guest to leave on one hour’s notice should not be operating as a hotel. These conditions are ongoing as I write this. I am documenting this publicly because guests deserve to know exactly what they may be walking into, and because management and corporate leadership need to be confronted with what is happening on this property in real time. If you value safety, accessibility, basic dignity, or competent management, think very carefully before staying here.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I missed my connecting flight due to weather and delay( gov shutdown) United offered a discount. The breakfast was a blessing since I hadn't eaten all day. It was pretty good, lots of options and a shuttle to the airport. Overall pretty nice. I would definitely stay there again.
