Staff was nice but not willing to help with changes. This location charges $10 to park you car. I think we are finally done with choice hotels. The quality and service have gone down greatly over the years. My room only had a shower and I wanted a bath. They wanted to charge me over double my current room rate to make the change. No Way! The bed was so hard I kept waking up in pain. The pillows were soft and the room was clean. The shower had mold in it. Not a place I would stay at again.

My husband & I paid for 2 rooms Friday night May 23rd. Our son & his family had the 2nd room. The room we had already had someone in there. 🙄 We went back down to the front desk & got a different room. This room had no smoke alarms, no light in the bathroom, & the exhaust fan was hanging off the wall. Back down to the front desk we went. The manager is who had been 'helping' us. This time she gave us a room to check out before we got both keys. This room smelled like smoke, but by this time, my husband was tired of moving our stuff. We went back down to the front desk. I told her it smelled like smoke, but we would take it. My husband asked if she would refund some of our money. She said no. Oh, & the other thing was that the swimming pool was inoperable due to a fire last week. It would have been nice to know that. Our grandsons wanted to swim. Anyway, there was no quality at Quality Inn! This is the 2nd Quality Inn we had a bad experience at. I think I've learned my lesson!

Tried to make a reservation under a block of rooms and was told the manager was the only one who could do it. Told them to have him call me and he never did. Finally got a reservation made a month later. When I showed up to stay there we were told that we were going to be charged an extra $10/day for each vehicle. While staying there multiple people in our group found out their cards were charged multiple times. Found out mine was and was told then it would be refunded. A week later I finally got ahold of the manager and he said I had 2 reservations. Told him nobody ever confirmed the 1st reservation and he agreed to refund it. Tried calling a week after that and was continuously told the manager was driving the shuttle or not there. Left my number multiple times and never heard back. Finally almost a month later I get the money refunded to my account. There’s plenty of options in Denver. Stay somewhere else unless you want to be scammed the way we were.

Our experience at the Quality Inn & Suites was absolutely wonderful! From the clean, comfortable rooms to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Samantha at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and the shuttle driver was so pleasant and assisted us with our luggage. We felt truly taken care of and will definitely be returning in the future.
