Staybridge Suites Denver International Airport by IHG

Excellent Hotel and service. Non-judgmental staff, very clean and efficient operations, very hospitable, Burt the shuttle driver was so friendly, and all the drivers love where they work. Overwhelmingly awesome breakfast bar, and Wednesday they had a great "snack" of tacos for dinner timeframe. Shuttle in the morning is every half hour (on the hour), and just call them to get picked up from the airport. Decent size pool! Outdoor fire pit is a very nice atmosphere (I just wish there were a way to not waste all that gas when no one is there to enjoy it...)

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection. I was disappointed to see the $15 daily parking fee, but noticed it was also at other hotel properties on Tower Road. Staff was friendly.

We have stayed here twice for cheer competitions. The rooms are always clean and the facility is well cared for. What really made our trip in Feb memorable was the customer service. I accidentally left behind my son’s “blankie” behind and that was a huge ordeal in my household because my son sleeps with that every night. Housekeeping, the staff, and especially Lana worked tirelessly to find and ship that blanket within 24hrs of reporting it lost. To say that I was amazed and thankful was an understatement. It’s customer service you wish for. Thank you Staybridge team! We will definitely keep staying here.

This isn’t our first stay, we had a pleasant first stay (April 2025) in which there was no mention of paying for parking (it was free), plenty of space, and a quiet hotel overall. Then, we chose to stay again this November (2025) and stark difference. Upon check in it was made apparent that parking is NO longer free. It is $15 a day, and we simply were staying a short night so really didn’t feel like it was justifiable. What they don’t tell you is that in the surrounding area there’s a decent amount of free street parking (which I found out after I was pressured into using a 3rd party site for parking). Overall, the rooms are ok nothing fancy and the breakfast is sub par. I wish it wasn’t such a change from earlier in the year. Won’t be staying again.
