We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to Taku Sushi! We went late in the day on a weekend and were seated immediately with no wait. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe, even if the space is on the smaller side. The food was fresh and delicious across the board. We tried several of their signature rolls and they were all fantastic. A few standouts: Snow Angel Roll: This was my personal favorite—absolutely delicious! Volcano Roll: So crispy and yummy. Japanese Chicken Fried Rice: Incredible flavor. Crab Cheese Wontons: Perfectly crispy and tasty. They have a huge range of appetizers and entrees, and you get a lot of food for a very fair price. Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly—they even let us finish our meal comfortably a bit after closing time. Highly recommend!

Taku Sushi in Commerce City delivers a beautifully plated and satisfying Japanese dining experience. The unagi bowl was the standout — perfectly glazed eel layered over rice, topped with sesame seeds and paired with fresh avocado and colorful vegetables. The presentation was vibrant and thoughtfully arranged. The tempura tofu appetizer came out crisp and golden with a light, airy batter and a savory dipping sauce that complemented it well. Simple, but executed nicely. The oshinko roll added a refreshing crunch that balanced the richer flavors of the meal. Service was smooth and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, relaxed atmosphere that made for an easy dine-in experience. Overall, Taku Sushi offers quality ingredients, generous portions, and eye-catching presentation — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

The sushi place we've needed for so long! We got the chicken and veg gyoza, crab cream cheese wontons, Titanic roll, and spicy tuna roll. They were all phenomenal! The staff was friendly and the vibe was cute. YAY

I am blown away! The service was top notch. I love the look and vibe of the restaurant. The food was great! The Heart attack was my favorite - its like a sushi roll and a jalapeno popper mixed together. It is fantastic. The rolls came out on a gorgeous plate with flowers and a fogging bowl (probably dry ice?) - wonderful presentation. My wife doesn’t like seafood, she got the Kobe beef roll - we both really enjoyed it. I got a specialty salmon roll - also great. Overall i am extremely pleased.
