I got the pork tacos and they were super good! I had a short wait time. Staff were super nice. The dining area was nice and was a bit away from the airport path so not too loud. It is around gate C50. I had already eaten one taco in the photo

I’ll start with I absolutely love the Mister Oso in Boulder. The food in DIA is definitely a step down, but much better than 95% of airport food. However, the chips suck at this DIA location. Feels like an easy fix to elevate the food here.

I offered to wipe down a table myself. Devon stopped everything he was in the middle of doing and wouldn’t hear any of it. My wife inquired about 2 orders of tacos we ordered. Soon it was found that we only ordered one. Shortly afterwards Devon brought an additional order of tacos! No charge. Rarely, especially at an airport does a line employee go the extra mile to do multiple pivots in order to ensure an amazing experience & to blow away the customer experience. Thanks Devon I would definitely recommend and return. I’ll be on the lookout for Mister Oso. Btw food was exceptionally delicious.

Some of the best tacos ever! NO JOKING! Damn. Got the slow cooked short rib tacos. Moist, packed with flavor, and perfect seasoned. Quick, decently priced for the taste, and plenty of seats.
