First of all, it’s a premium steakhouse located INSIDE AN AIRPORT. Of course it’s going to be more expensive than average. Adjust your expectation accordingly. That being said, the food and service were phenomenal and worth the price. My server Billy was fantastic, as was the hostess. The steak tacos were seriously out of this world. I think this is probably the most high-end and delicious dining experience Ive had in an airport so far.

Even putting aside the outrageous food prices lately, I feel that this place is a bit on the steep side for many of its menu items. However, the Colorado Burger was excellent. The kitchen did a great job keeping the burger patty medium rare but charring the exterior! The house made kettle chips are definitely the economical choice as the fries cost as much as a normal plate of food at a typical restaurant. But the kettle chips were excellent in quality! The ale on tap was a good choice. I did not however, see Mr. Elway anywhere in the restaurant.

If you’re flying out of Denver in the morning and want a good breakfast. Give Elway’s a try. This is our second visit and the food was great for the most part. I had the Short Ribs Benedict and it was great! Last time I had the Classic Benedict which was also worth the visit. The breakfast enchilada is a good choice as well. The kids had the Cinnamon Roll which was a bit dry, next time we’ll try the French toast for them. It’s not the least expensive option. However, for a nicer sit down restaurant with a good atmosphere in an airport, the prices are nothing to complain about. Especially with the quality food you get. Jenny was our server and she was great. She had good recommendations and always made sure the drinks were full. We will be visiting again.

Fairly good experience. Getting a table for 5 was quick. The truffle fries, half a house salad and chicken+corn chowder soup was a delicious combination. Service was prompt and the food arrived quick. Impressive for an airport restaurant for sure. The place was clean and inviting.
