Little hidden hole-in-the-wall... $8.50 includes sandwich, fries or salad/fruit. 50 cents more for a drink. Also breakfast, reasonable prices. Fast,, quick, food. In Signature Flight Terminal building. would have never found it, if someone hadn't directed me there. Note, this is Not accessible if you are at the DIA terminal, it is a mile down the road, BEFORE you get to the main terminal. Guy at the register has a little dry humor, and could rub you the wrong way if you're not prepared for it. Small little place to get a quick lunch that's different, and get out. Worth a shot, all lunches come out in the typical little plastic red basket with paper.

"Signature" as airport folks call it is a hidden gem at DIA. The head chef is stern and will get on you for dilly-dallying but the food and price point are impressive. The special is really good value and you never leave hungry! Jet Fuel Jane and the gyro are my favorites!

While Bill may seem a little gruff, he cares about his restaurant. The best time to see Bill at his finest is on a rainy day at lunch. When the local field guys come in with mud on their boots..No soup for you! I consider Bill a friend and I can walk in anytime and talk with him. Am I biased? Nope, if the food sucked I would give one star. If you go for bfast and like bacon, you get bacon..lots. Good rounded menu and you never know who you might meet there.

Been going here for years. After the second price increase in a year. I am done. It's good but not That good. Too many other choices at DIA with similar prices and less attitude. Bill is a rude front man and I decided I don't need to pay high prices and be talked down to at the same time. So long signature gally. I won't miss you.
