How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. My daughter and I had a small layover in Denver. It was our only time to get food in since we had a long flight to Boston ahead of us. We were going to be arriving in Boston after midnight so the likelihood of us eating dinner was probably not going to happen. It was our time to shine since we had an hour so we grabbed a couple hot sandwiches from Marczyk. My daughter got the turkey pesto. I got the Philly, I call it a Philly. It had beef, cheese and peppers. I'm sure it's called something different at the venue. Both were made with local bread. They were under a warmer but I'm sure it would have been that much better if it was made fresh. My daughter polished off her sammy. I also polished off mine as well. It was tasty. The beef was tender, plenty of melted cheese and the peppers gave it an extra texture element. Savory and delicious! It was the perfect bite for the time we had. It was nice to be able to stop in and grab a quick bite. The ladies behind the counter were really nice and helped us out. We have another layover coming home in a couple days. We might have to grab another sammy before we head home. It's a guaranteed good sandwich.

I stopped by for a quick meal as I have a connecting flight, and one of the female cashiers attending me was the absolute worst when it came to service. She was not friendly whatsoever, didn't crack a single smile and looked like she was miserable. I understand having bad days and the food industry being draining, as I'm a retail worker myself. However, I was polite and was trying to purchase a sandwich along with one of their to go items. I handed her the to go snack to buy and also ordered their High Country Steak and Cheese sandwiches. I asked if she accepted cash, and she told me yes. So I hand her cash to pay with, but she kept referring to the card transaction device. I just paid with card to make things easier, but she never rang me up for the to go snack I wanted to buy. I only got my hot sandwich in the end, but I'm frustrated with my unfulfilled order and a worker that does not care less for service. As for the sandwich itself, super fresh and delicious! I enjoyed my meal, but wish I had the additional Prosciutto and Cheese I wanted to buy, but was denied of because this cashier that doesn't listen or care for their customers. Shout out to the hard workers in the kitchen who made my food, though!

I'm on a layover and I saw that they had a $15 roast beef sandwich. So I thought that I would give it a try and see if it was edible. It was terrific! Just the right amount of horseradish and pepper jack cheese, and not dried out at all. It's not that this was a good airport sandwich. This was just a delicious sandwich, period.

If you're planning on walking across the airport for a fresh made sandwich, think again! Might be a different story for the hot sandwiches.. for being a refrigerated sandwich it was pretty good. But for $16.09 after tax.. I don't really think it's worth the journey. Side note: default 15% tip seemed pretty insane for you grabbing your own food. I tipped a buck.. just because. They do obviously make the sandwiches in house and have the ability to make them fresh but refused. Would have been happy to tip for a fresh made sando. Pretty disappointed because people have left great reviews.. oh well it's an airport.
