We had such an excellent time here. The atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and full of great energy. It’s the kind of place that immediately puts you in a good mood. Our server Damon was fantastic; super personable, attentive, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. For dinner, we ordered the Kuwpi Burger and rib sliders, both were absolutely delicious. The burger had the perfect level of heat and was crispy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy, rich, and cooked just right. You can tell they really care about quality and flavor. Overall, it was a great brunch with amazing food, excellent service, and a fun vibe.

We ordered the hummus plate and the spaghetti. AMAZING!!! It isn't just spaghetti, not is it just hummus. You felt as if you were in a 5 star restaurant. We (my husband and I) split both dishes and we're unable to finish either. Would go again. Maria was FANTASTIC.

Mercantile at Denver International Airport is easily one of the best dining options inside the airport if you are looking for real food, fast service, and a clean place to sit before a flight. The food comes out hot and fresh, the portions are solid, and the coffee is noticeably better than most airport spots. The staff moves quickly even during peak travel hours, which is huge when you are trying to eat before boarding. I bring clients through DIA often and this is the place I trust because it consistently gives a reliable meal and a comfortable spot to talk without the noise or chaos you get in other terminals. If you are searching for where to eat at the Denver airport, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or something quick before a connection, Mercantile is the easiest recommendation to make.

Nothing like accidentally choosing a James Beard Award winning Chef with a sommelier on staff at an airport! Dan the sommelier, waited for my order then suggested an epic white to pair with the Ahi Tuna Bowl. Dans level of education on wine is almost comical for an airport restaurant! We had a great convo about the region of Spain and the Albariño grape in the bottle of La Caña Albariño. The flavors of the Ahi bowl were extremely well developed. Such a gem in the typical airport hellscape of dining options🤣 Thank you Dan for the fun and surprising dining experience!
