The service here was EXCELLENT! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and we had such a good experience we forgot we were in an airport!!! The food was sooo good and made fresh! My husband has the chicken parm and I had a margarita and added chicken parm pieces on top!!! So so so yummy!!! I would highly recommend this place!! I should have taken a photo before we tore it up but it’s the thought that counts ✨

We decided to try Osteria Marco before an evening flight out of Denver, and we’re glad we did. First off, I’ll say that Kim was a great server—she even did a quick time check before we ordered, which I really appreciated when dining at or near an airport. My wife and I both ordered drinks. I went with a Manhattan that came served up and as a double, but I was totally fine with that. My wife found a nice glass of red wine, which could be ordered in 6- or 9-ounce pours. Overall, there was a very good selection of wines by the glass, with many rated 4.0 to 4.2 on Vivino. For dinner, my wife ordered the carbonara, and I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The carbonara was really well executed, with a nice sauce and a medium-sized portion that was perfect before a flight. The sandwich was a pleasant surprise when it arrived—it was more like a wrap, served in very tasty flatbread. One small gripe: no side like fries or chips comes with it. You can order fries separately, but be warned—the portion we saw at the table next to us looked huge, so it’s not very practical. Another thing we appreciated about this spot was that the prices felt very reasonable for an airport restaurant. They weren’t budget-level, but more in line with a normal sit-down Italian place. Denver is an airport we pass through frequently, and if we have time, we’ll definitely be back.

I was starving and decided to give this a whirl. The pizza was ok I guess. I couldn’t figure out the taste then it hit me… breakfast toast with butter… that’s what the pizza crust tasted like. Toast….. crust was crispy, yet the pizza Its self was so chewy my jaw started hurting after the first slice. The servers were super nice and my drink never went empty. For 19 dollar pizza it was not worth it. I won’t be back but I do appreciate the effort. Nice try!
