What a lovely park in addition to being all inspiring, it is accessible for a short walk. A long hike, a drive through it, birdwatching animal watching and paleontology and anthropology thinking. The department of parks and recreation has done an outstanding job providing an audio tour of the park so that you can easily and clearly understand what you're seeing. The nature center is outstanding. Highly suggest taking a trip in their way back machine! Absolutely worth the time to be near parts of the Earth that have been there through all of time.

Visiting Garden of the Gods is an absolutely unforgettable experience. The towering red rock formations set against the bright blue Colorado sky look almost unreal – like something from another planet. The views are breathtaking from every angle. 🌄 The park is very well organized and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful walk, a scenic hike, or even rock climbing, there’s something for all levels. The trails are clearly marked, and every turn offers another stunning photo opportunity. Sunset is especially magical, when the rocks glow in deep shades of red and orange. 🔥 One of the best things about this place is that admission is completely free, which makes it even more impressive and accessible to visitors. The Visitor & Nature Center also provides interesting information about the area’s geology and history.

Awesome views here! Bring a jacket if you are slightly concerned about being cool. The wind can be pretty 🥶. Great photo opps everywhere you go. The park is free and handicap accessible.

This is an absolutely GORGEOUS experience! You can drive through the loop in about 30 minutes but plan to spend at least 2 hours to park and walk inside these towering red cliffs. People can climb or you can stroll through at your leisure. Everything is free (including the visitor center). There are deer that stroll around at dusk which is breathtaking. This is an absolute must see if you are around Manitou Springs or Colorado Springs!
