I am spoiled with the D.C. Air and Space, but I do give Wings Over The Rockies a lot of credit. There is a good selection of aircraft, and you can get up really close to them. The place is always clean and well maintained.

Not a lot going on exhibits-wise, and a lot of those exhibits were out of order. But what they did have was great! The simulators, the displays about the science behind flight, and the friendly people were all great. Plus, you have a great view of the planes taking off and landing.

It's a small airplane museum with a focus on educational displays and simulators. It's more suited to children leaning about aviation than to adults interested in history.
