I really wanted to like this cake, but it's dry and over baked. The cake is crumbling in my mouth. Also I ordered butter pecan and I thought it was going to be like some pecans in it there aren't any. I was just really disappointed! Also for the price of the cake I thought it was going to be just a tad bit bigger than it was. Please stop over baking the cakes They're dry, well at least mine is dry. I More than likely will not return! I called the store to complain about my cake being mostly icing and hardly no cake! I was told that they would give my number to the manager in which I never heard from. No one reached out to me to rectify the situation, so with this being said this is another reason why I would never go back there when people make mistakes they should rectify their mistakes. I ordered a butter pecan cake thinking pecans would be in it as well as thinking my cake would be bigger than what it was My cake was literally big enough for a 1-year-old and that was it for $55! That's another thing they should start explaining to people what size their cake is going to be for the amount they're paying. I could have went and got a better cake from Safeway or Walmart for that matter. I thought I was paying for a top-tier type cake that was going to be moist and decadent. Instead I got a dry powdery like over icing cake that I cannot even eat, because it's that much icing on it! There's hardly any cake inside of there. So with that all being said if I were you I would tucktail and run from this place! Do not waste your time or money! It may look good on the outside but once you cut it it's horrible! It looks like whoever makes these cakes well whoever made mine only care about how it looks not how it tastes. I don't buy a cake for how it looks I buy a cake because it tastes good! If a person calls to complain about the way their cake was made somebody should have been calling me back to fix it! My cake was over baked and have way too much icing on it. If I were you I would not waste my time nor money! I honestly thought about canceling my order when I taste it the cupcakes because they're not good either. Every cupcake is named something different like the lemon cupcake but the icing is the same on each cupcake. Lemon is supposed to have lemon icing or something of that nature. Carrot cake is supposed to have cream cheese frosting No this was regular buttercream. If you're not going to put your all into something which is supposed to be what your whole business is centered around at least do your best or try to do your best! Don't waste people's time and money especially money with these days and times out here right now on something that is supposed to be but it's not! So I'm saying all of that to say this Do not go to this place because they do not care about their customers They only care about their own opinions because they'll take your money and make you a itty bitty cake that's not even big enough for more than two people, and you can tell whoever is making these cakes are over baking them So with that being said they don't care! I literally called to complain and no one called me back I still have a cake or I took one little piece out of and I spent over $50 for. The situation should have been rectified! Had a super specific vision and the team on the phone was onboard and excited with me, so 10/10 customer service there. But WOW was it expensive!!! $176 (excluding tip) for a relatively simple 1/4 sheet cake. At that price point, I was expecting the best cake I’ve ever tasted. It was eh, the cake was dry and there were many pockets without any filling. The design was fun and what I asked for, but there were clearly some mistakes that weren’t covered super well. All in all, spent more money on this than on my wedding cake and unfortunately it just wasn’t super worth it.

Exceptional same-day service! Called in to see whether they had a small vanilla cake available for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I got to the store, I had asked them to pipe “Happy Birthday (his name)” in black icing on it, and all I can say is WOW! They went above and beyond my expectations. The piping and sprinkles add such a nice touch. I will absolutely be coming back again for future occasions. Also, the fact that they have a free parking lot in the city is a huge bonus. 10/10 service, attention to detail, location, all of it!

Had my husband's birthday cake made here, they did an amazing job. Couldn't have been happier with the design or the flavors 😋 they are a bit pricey but honestly for an exotic cake that looks and tastes that good, it's worth every penny and then some.
