Extended Stay America Select Suites- Denver - Tech Center South - Greenwood Village

The young lady at the front desk with the hair cover (wish I could name here but she refused to give her name) is oozing with prejudice. I came in at 3 to check in and watch an older lady end her shift as this young lady started hers and started the conversation with, "what do you need"... I've stayed here several times and have never been asked for a deposit. My thought was they keep a card on file as many places do but apparently its new policy that 100 be paid up front for a room deposit. Not cool with it especially after finding a couple that checked in later the same night were not held to the same standards, but I paid it. But before I was able to pay this young lady told me my room was not paid for... that's right the same room we had just argued over the necessity of a deposit was magically not paid for. She had both room keys in her hand as she blatantly lied to my face about not being paid. I dear none of this would have been resolved if not for Chris, while I understand the delicacy of work place relationships it became obvious this young lady is a bully; she began to weave a story of how I didnt have money for the deposit and how my rooms payment has not been received. This entire ordeal was avoidable.

I came here this time to recover from major abdominal surgery. I was told I couldn't leave respite care unless I had people around me. So I checked in. The team here is led by a wonderful person Joe. He is the personality of this hotel. Raquel is perfect at the front desk and guest services. Seyad, mans the desk at night he is very personal and concerned about guests. Maintenance team are great keeping up and fixing things the correct way. I recommend this site for anyone staying one-night or a couple of months.

I have been living at this location for a year now and I absolutely love the staff and the location is near my job. My daughters get picked up at the front lobby for school and knowing that the staff is watching get to school safety gives me peace of mind a same when they get back home. I, to have amazing friends and neighbors that live at the hotel with us.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 days, and Joe and Rockail from the management team truly made the experience exceptional. Their energy, warmth, and willingness to help never wavered throughout my entire stay. It's rare to find people who bring that level of genuine care and consistency to their roles, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it. Highly recommend this hotel, largely because of these two amazing individuals. Sayed has been very friendly and great. Very proactive and cheerful person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
