Amazing Stay, CLEAN ROOMS , soft beds, showers are a solid. They got breakfast and it was really good . A heated pool. The service from KEN on the Kiosk was top notch. 10 out of 10 for KEN. He had me my room and all my stuff situated and ready to go super quick. It's honestly the first time I seen the kiosk. THANKS

Other than the convenient location and decent breakfast, this hotel was thoroughly average to below-average. Our experience started off poorly with the front desk representative, who was immediately unfriendly, indifferent, and unhelpful. I honestly can’t remember the last time a hotel employee made me feel so much like I was inconveniencing them by checking in. On the positive side, there’s a Target just a five-minute walk north of the hotel, which was handy. However, the homeless camp located directly behind the property was an unfortunate sight. To be fair, no one from the camp bothered us, but it did cast a shadow over the overall environment. The swimming pool was fine -- pleasantly not over-chlorinated -- but the pool room was uncomfortably cold, and the rough pool floor actually scraped my wife’s knees in the shallow end. Our room was efficiently laid out, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the shower was one of those flimsy, prefabricated units that reminded me of something you’d find in a mobile home. The bathroom door handle and lock were also broken, making it difficult to close properly. Breakfast was enjoyable enough for a complimentary spread, but the dining room was filled with a faint, constant beeping from an alarm. None of the staff seemed to notice or care until I pointed it out, and it took another five minutes before they finally located and silenced it (apparently coming from the pool area). Another odd detail: to access the pool, guests had to walk through the dining area, which felt awkward and poorly designed. All things considered, this wasn’t the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, but we definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I was Very Surprised. My first time using Expedia and got 2 nights for $122.00 Small Queen size Bed small room But Small Fridge and Microwave. Nice Shower and small bathroom. This was a Very Clean Room and Very Modern and Artistic and the Value was Perfect for what I was doing for a Friend. I didn't get any Drud or Criminal Vibes at All. This is the Only Reason I'm posting this Review. I felt Safe and Free from any Negativity. Thank you at the Front Desk I'm sorry I didn't get your Name. Oh yeah had a Dog that Enjoyed his Stay as well. I noticed other pet owners. Fairly Clean Dog Run

I LOVE the Sleep Inn DTC!! This was my first experience with the kiosk and it's actually a very smooth and pleasant process! Ken from the kiosk is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and efficient, he made the whole process a breeze! And everyone here onsite, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenence, has been absolutely wonderful during all parts of my stay!! I'll be a loyal, long-term visitor now, Sleep Inn is my favorite!
