Fontana Sushi

Very delicious food! Service is good, and the restaurant is great for meeting friends, you can actually hear eachother and have a great conversation. The parking however, is no bueno. You have to find street parking.

We've tried all the other sushi restaurants in Denver, and Fontana is our favorite, hands down. The sushi is fresh, fresh, fresh--every time. Quality tunas, salmon, red snapper, etc., fresh micro greens and herbs and delicious ponzu and yuzu sauces, all with artistic designs on the platters. The special rolls with the seared garlic butter are particularly awesome. We like to sit at the bar and watch the sushi chefs prepare their creations, and all of the servers managers are professional and friendly. Don't let the storefront exterior on Alameda and simple interior fool you - the food is top notch and it will become your favorite too.

This place is BEYOND a hidden gem!!! Everytime we come in there is always a table ready and waiting, service is fast and super friendly, and the food is perfection every single time no matter what we order! The specials are amazing and a great value, the freshness of the fish can't be beat, and I've never seen more generous portions of sashimi anywhere in town! We drive clear on the other side of town to eat here and it's worth it!

Service was AMAZING! Couple friends and I stopped because we had a layover in Colorado at the food was TOP-Tier! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, waitress was also amazing and kind! Very helpful too hence we got lost in the first place! Will be back!
