Toki Ramen & Sushi

We went for Restaurant Week and it was a great experience! My favorites are the skewers and the gyoza. Their ramen is tasty and great portion. Yuzu cheesecake's flavor is well balanced. The service is also superb! Everyone was so nice and took care of us well.

I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. Delicious flavorful broth, very good and balanced. Toppings were fresh and the pork chashu was tender, tasted fresh, cooked well. The portion size was large, I could have taken some home but I wanted to eat it all. I have developed a pallete from the spectacular ramen spots San Diego has to offer. I recommend giving this place a try. Tables were set up intricately and so cute with different flowers on each one. Sweet Japanese music playing. The surroundings are very clean and tidy, a modern updated feel. The first thing I had was the hot tea, very flavorful and she wanted to make sure I didn’t drink it immediately since it was hot, very courteous and caring. I usually go to Nami, but this is definitely my new spot! Ps I took the disposable chopsticks home because they are good quality. Go here!

Absolutely phenomenal meal from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The grilled skewers were perfectly cooked with that irresistible smoky char, and the shrimp were juicy and glazed just right. The ramen was the real standout—rich, creamy broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender pork that melted in your mouth. You can tell a lot of care goes into every bowl. We also loved the kawa temaki: super fresh, well-balanced, and fun to eat with the seaweed sheets. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and food that clearly speaks for itself. This is the kind of place you immediately want to come back to (and bring friends). Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful authentic Japanese local. Amazing atmosphere. Almost felt like I was actually there. I believe the owner is one of the waiters here. Extremely nice and welcoming. One of the best Ramen places I have had in Denver. Food to match of course. Very unique plating and taste was outstanding. I can see this place being very busy in the future as the popularity grows. Definitely coming back.
