Garibaldi Mexican Bistro is one of those places that doesn’t look flashy from the outside but serves really good, authentic Mexican food. Located on South Broadway, it’s easy to miss, but worth stopping in. I ordered the pambazo with chorizo and it was excellent. The bread had the right texture and the filling was flavorful and balanced. It’s easily one of my favorite sandwiches I’ve had recently. We also tried the blue corn tortilla enchiladas, pastor and asada gorditas, and chips with salsa. Everything was well prepared and tasted fresh. If you’re looking for solid Mexican food without the fuss, this is a great option. I’m looking forward to going back and trying more of the menu.

Family got food poisoning from eating here. Blue corn tacos were decent. Pastor huarache was old and soggy, undercooked and bland. Tlayuda was the most disgusting thing I ever ate. The tlayuda was old and chewy and tough. The Oaxacan cheese was old. The asiento was borderline rancid, and the refried beans were piled on like piles of manure. I've had tlayudas in Oaxaca so I know how this should taste.

Very very very Soild Authentic mexican food. I am very mexican! So i know whats up. The tacos were classic and the churros were perfect crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside, perfect amount of sugar. And 3 sauces unheard of in the industry. Shout out Ana! Keep an eye out for the Birria!

Secret gem off Broadway. You wouldn't even know it was there if there wasn't such stellar reviews. Thank G for reviews! This place was amazing. Very friendly staff, quick service, and legit prices. Went for the Torta w/ carnitas. Spicy, juicy, warm, and fantastic! Could only eat half which is a win so I could eat it twice in one day. Chips and salsa for dine in was a pleasant surprise. Salsa was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you're anywhere close by!
