First time visiting this place from Salinas ca where the food is fantastic. This was the first authentic experience I have had when visiting the area away from home. The service was outstanding and so was the food! We ordered the salsa flight, guac, mix and match tacos with asada, pollo and carnitas but the highlight was the asada sopes! Handmade sopes were refreshing and delicious! The asada was so flavorful and tender. This was def my favorite dish! I would love to come back to try the breakfast menu. Our server was Marlin who was fantastic. She was kind and helpful. The manager was welcoming and very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

This place has the best Margarita in Denver! Made from scratch authentic recipes for all food and drinks. Excellent happy hour. incredible mole sauce. It’s one of my favorite places to come from Mexican food in Denver. I have never been disappointed!

This was our third time at Adelitas Cocina y Cantina, and it continues to impress. One of the things we love most is that there’s always something new to try on the menu, even after multiple visits. This time we decided to share the Cielo Mar y Tierra Molcajete, and it is an absolute must-try. The molcajete came out sizzling and packed with flavor—perfectly marinated steak, chicken, and shrimp in a bold, spicy tomato sauce. The combination of nopales, green onions, panela cheese, and melted cheddar made every bite rich and satisfying. It’s easily shareable and great with both corn or flour tortillas. Adelitas truly delivers on its reputation as an authentic, family-owned Mexican restaurant, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. Welcoming atmosphere, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in Denver

Staff and food was fantastic. We had 3 tacos and the carna Sada plate. The guacamole is terrific. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only nit picky feedback is the salsa was watery but seemed very fresh. Otherwise great and we will be back.
