The atmosphere and service is great. It seems like everything they make is made to order. The food really tasted fresh and new. The portions were also pretty great. I will miss Asian Cajun, but this place is a good addition to the Pho restaurants in SW Denver.

My bf and I just got back from Vietnam a month ago and we were really craving some of the flavors we had while there, so I’m super glad we stumbled on this place! We got the Hu Tieu Mi Bo Kho and the Mi Bo Cay. The Hu Tieu has a thicker, sweeter broth, and the Mi Bo Cay has a really nice savory and spicy broth with a WHOLE BEEF RIB! Both of the dishes were sooo good, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and both bowls had so much meat! I already can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu, especially once they’re out of soft opening and everything is available. I have my eyes on the Banh Xeo, Banh Khot, and Banh Canh 🥹
