How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

This is a good place to stay, it's Clean, quite and dope fiend free, problem free safe place to stay. David is great, so is his staff. They are all kind, understanding. The bus stop is close by, the grocery store is close by. Just a good safe place to stay at a good price.

The facility is afflicted with bed bugs and cockroaches. There is no ice machine on the property , and only three soda and candy machines on the first floor. There is no maid service until you have been there for over two weeks , or sometimes a month. TV satellite 📡 service goes in and out. We had no hot water for a week and the elevator was broken for about a month total over a 6 month time. The price charged goes up and down. The back door lock was broken for over 6 months, and the laundry room door lock has never worked, and there are bugs in there. Arvada government buys rooms for the homeless here, so they can be scary. Lots of dogs night and day barking in the hall ways at 2pm or whenever. Thin walls so you can hear people having sex next door. Trash piles up in receptacle room on each floor. Two fire doors in each stairwell do not function, so in event of fire the stairwells could be filled with smoke and you could die. Just found out the DO have a monthly rate, but after being here for over 6 months, I just found about it. Entrances are dominated by smokers most of the time, in violation of city ordinances. Wheelchair handicapped parking spots have non handicapped persons parked there many times. No automatic door on entrance , so difficult to enter or exit with wheelchair, or your luggage. There is a lot of turnover in staff due to first level and second level incompetence. There have been four building managers in the last eight months, and all the other staff have been replaced at least once, sometimes four or more times. Many staff don't speak English. Or very limited English. Trash cans on each floor are many times full, or overflowing and front desk refuses to empty them as requested. No recycling . Many homeless people nearby, and often there are Arvada police in the building for criminal activity.

DO NOT stay here! While the room exuded a cleanly appearance, it was just a ruse. While reading a book on the bed I had a sensation of bugs crawling on my arms...looked down and sure enough the sensation was accurate. Bed bugs, that's right...bed bugs. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious, we used our house shoes to walk around the room for fear of catching something it was that bad. The staff was anything but polite while checking in, and the icing on the cake was getting followed by a group of men to my car. Traveling solo, with family, or even just your children is scary enough. ..having 3 "different" men follow you down the hall, stairs, and parking lot whispering is unacceptable. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life to date. DO NOT stay here!
