Suburban Studios Denver Central-Arvada

First off it seems like you're staying at a nursing home/ halfway house. Everybody in that hotel either had a walker or looked like they were from a halfway house with a dog. We didn't feel safe at all being there. We booked a room with two beds. They ended up giving us a room with one bed and when we walked into that hotel room it reeked. Then they move us to a second room with two beds that room as well. Smelled horrible. We had to stay the first night but thankfully we were able to get out the last two nights to a different hotel which was extremely better. There was roaches there within a minute of walking into the hotel room crawling on the restroom sink. Pots, pans or utensils for the kitchen area or plates and cups. The carpet was so disgusting. We didn't have any towels or a trash can. We had to go down to get the towels and the maintenance men said he would bring up the trash can to us but never did. The bed sheets had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. It smelled moldy. The whole hotel was just disgusting. You felt so dirty laying in the bed even while taking a shower. I couldn't wait to get to the next hotel room to just shower all of that dirtiness off of me. Oh and the drawers were disgusting. If you are a woman or have family with kids I would stay far away from this place!!

I had a really good experience staying at Sub Hotel. The staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I especially want to recognize the manager, . I had to check out earlier than expected, and he went completely out of his way to help me get a refund, even though technically he didn’t have to. That level of kindness and understanding truly meant a lot to me during a stressful situation. You can also tell how much hard work he has put into the hotel in the short 6 months or so that he has been there. His dedication really shows, and it makes a difference in the overall experience for guests. It’s rare to come across management that genuinely cares, and I’m very thankful for the compassion and professionalism he showed me. Thank you again for making my stay a positive one. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing experience with corky and kamar, they where so very helpful had an emergency situation, they where understanding and helped accommodate what we needed. They where a bit busy when we showed up and all employees where extremely quick to ask us what we where in for as well as quickly getting us into our room! Definitely recommend this hotel for an extended stay! Or even just a night!!! 10 stars

We love this place. It is mostly quiet and calm as far as other guest who stays here. All of the staff are absolutely great! Very helpful, understanding professionals. They are go above & beyond for their guests. Victor is always very helpful and kind. The area is mostly good with many food and shopping options nearby. There are plenty of Public transportation options, light rail, buses and ride services.
