How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

Stumbled upon this place late one night not knowing what to expect and we came out with our new favorite date night spot. The food was excellent, the cocktails were delicious, and the service was unbeatable. The owners are so kind and accommodating and you can tell everyone there really is passionate about opening this place. A refreshing experience all around. 10/10 will be coming back soon.

This place is truly a new gem for Lafayette! Hands down, this was the best Cajun/Creole food we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we loved the feel of the restaurant. It was clean, stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. The classic jazz playing in the background was a great touch and really added to the atmosphere. You can tell a lot of heart and soul went into creating this place and the food they serve. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire meal. I had the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Creole Loaded Fries, and a Blackberry Basil Smash mocktail... (well, two actually, because they were that good!) My husband had the Piggie Smalls, grits, and shrimp gumbo, and we both loved everything we tried. The flavors were incredible. We thought the prices were reasonable, and were impressed with the drink menu, especially so many creative mocktail options. We’re already looking forward to coming back to try the build-your-own mimosa bar and more of the menu. If we’re ever back in Lafayette, Remi’s will definitely be a stop for us again. Highly recommend!

Remi's Cajun and Creole in Lafayette CO is a cozy place to come have a great meal. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with great service. The owners are incredibly welcoming. They have a wonderful array of cocktails, to include non-alcoholic, to start the meal. My wife and I ordered the Creole loaded fries, which were amazing. The New Orleans BBQ Shrimp was full of flavor and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The Gumbo was the best I have ever had. The shrimp and popcorn grits were incredible. The "Piggie Smalls" sandwich was tender and all of the flavors melded into perfection. 100% recommend a trip to see Remi's, relax, have some good food and drink in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
