Had great time, so wonderful to find pet friendly places. It was the first time for our 7 month old puppy to splash around & she loved it!! Just a beautiful & relaxing place

This park is right off the trail where I live. I love to walk here it is beautiful. The trail is well maintained considering a lot of it is the Cherry Creek concrete bike trail. The path going through the ecological Park is a gravel Trail that's well maintained. The park celebrates the indigenous people that once lived here and displays flora and fauna that existed at the time. It also has a display of how cabins were constructed and how teepees were created. During mosquito season if you walk in the afternoon, I would suggest mosquito repellent and long sleeve shirts.

Theres a cute very little historic part with a small crabb apple orchard. the trail ranged from concrete to gravel to dirt and even alittle rock hopping that i was able to navigate with a large 3 wheel stroller and dog. My dog wouldve loved to jump around in the pond but i wasnt prepared for doggie swimming today. The path is very sunny with little shade. And ur looking at apartments alot. But the few pretty spots were nice.

Good well-maintained paved and gravel trails for walking and biking. Some parts are exposed with no shades for long stretch depending on which trail you take. Evenings are cooler than morning. We started at 8:30am and by 10:00am, temperature soared to 93degrees. Without shades it was scorching. Interesting landscapes including bridges and water spots. Tadpoles in the water and even saw a small snake in the sand!
