Since my first private session with owner Shari, to all the rehab focused Pilates classes I’ve taken over the last 7 months, I can honestly say this place is really special! Posture Power Wellness is so much more than a Pilates studio - it’s an abundant resource of knowledge, compassion, and community. I’ve been practicing Pilates since 2014. Each class I’ve taken has been challenging in all the right ways! The instructors are so skilled at meeting you where you are at and helping you build physical, mental, and emotional strength. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without Rhonda and her nervous-system-focused approach to teaching. Everyone’s just great! Shari (owner), Courtney, Lizzy, Abby, Debbie, and Kerry are a really special core group (pun intended).😉 I came in after neck surgery and am amazed by the success I’ve had in functional movement and stamina for things outside of the studio. I notice whenever I have to miss a week. Do yourself a favor and try it out! Your first class is free!

Excellent instructors with a wide variety of backgrounds. High quality equipment, and nice range of classes for all levels of experience. Have taken hundreds of Pilates classes in lots of studios over the years and this is the best by far. Some really good rehab-based classes and personal instruction.
