The hotel is obviously brand new and looks very modern and up to date on the inside. Definitely the type of vibe I look for in a hotel. With its freshness came some issues, particularly with the plumbing. In our first room the toilet didn’t work and the water pressure was terrible. After realizing the toilet didn’t work, we called down to guest services and Travon offered to switch us rooms. The new room had a functioning toilet and the water pressure was much better; however, the sink leaked from both the faucet and the pipes underneath. Other than the plumbing issues the customer service was excellent and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. I was told my room would be comped for the night due to the plumbing issues and that I would get extra points added to my account once they are connected to the point system. My room wasn’t comped and I’m waiting to see if I get additional points. Overall, the hotel still has some major kinks it needs to work out but we absolutely would stay at this hotel again.

My corporate office is right across the street. The hotel had been open for only 4 days. Everything is brand new. The bed is comfortable and the shower is wonderful. I'm sure the prices may go up once the "newness" wears off. Especially since every other hotel in the area is more than double the price. It's close to everything. Trayvon at the front desk is a true professional and a great asset to the hotel.

Had an amazing stay at the AC Hotel! It's a beautiful, brand-new property in a prime location with easy access to everything nearby. The hotel was spotless, modern, and had a great atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We usually stay at the AC Hotel Denver Downtown but saw that this hotel had just opened. Rooms were clean and brand new but what took the icing on the cake was Bengy at the hotel bar. 10/10 drinks. He made us amazing drinks! I reallllyyy recommend stopping by to grab some drinks from him. This hotel is great if you're visiting the Denver Coliseum/western stock show or The Mission Ballroom.
