We had a wonderful one-week stay while visiting from Lillington, North Carolina. From the moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The fresh, clean atmosphere gave us peace of mind and made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. I have to admit, we were a little worried about the parking before we arrived, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. We always found a parking space, which was a huge relief. The location is fantastic—perfect for taking afternoon walks, exploring the colorful streets, and enjoying the amazing local food. Everything was exactly as expected, and even better in many ways. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Only thing that is missing is a gym. There is one next door but it was $40 a day for drop in.

One of the best apartment rentals we have ever had. The apartment itself was clean, great sunlight, had all amenities you would need. It's setup in prime location - larimer street which has great restaurants, bar, and art murals. There was one issue where our garbage disposal was not functioning when we reached the apartment and it was not fixed before we moved in. It was fixed by a handyman when we were working from there. This should have been handled before we got in. Parking was the biggest problem as they didn't have dedicated parking spots. Since it's close to downtown we were a bit worried about the safety of our car. But luckily we found street parking at most times. If they could acquire dedicated parking nearby it would have been unbeatable at this price. Enjoyed our stay overall.
