Roaming Buffalo Bar-B-Que

Some of the worst bbq ever. Got the burnt ends and wings. The burnt ends were inedible -terrible! And the wings were decent I expected so much more but would never go back. Sides were decent and did not even bother to try the cornbread. My husband and I were super underwhelmed with the dryness of the meat and sauces table side were average.

For some reason I didn't leave a review when I was there 2 years ago.... I had the brisket and my wife had the turkey. The food was off the chain and I tried to by their BBQ sauce to take home but they where out. It was my first time in Colorado and if I can remember the great experience we had from that long ago... Then I guess I'm coo coo for Roaming Buffalo bbq. Will definitely be back

I've never had a brisket Rueben before...It was amazing. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had and I'm from the Midwest so that says quite a bit as far as I'm concerned (we do it better than Texas after all 😉). The cilantro lime coleslaw was the best I've ever had in my life. Tart, creamy and hearty. Definitely recommend this place.

I cannot say enough GOOD about Roaming Buffalo BBQ in terms of food but also hospitality! We had them cater a work lunch event where they brought various cuts of meat (burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork, and turkey) as well as sides (coleslaw, beans, and mac and cheese)! I cannot even pick a favorite because they were all FANTASTIC!! Simply an explosion of flavor with every bite. I would recommend this to any person that wants good food and even better vibrations!
