The meats are delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. Everything else is top notch but the sandwiches are dry but the meat quality makes it good enough. If you are looking for a nice dinner I suggest going for a rib and one or two sides.

I’m leaving a four star review because my review I wanted to leave wouldn’t be fair. We are from Texas and as a rule, we normally wouldn’t eat barbecue from anywhere else because we know we will be disappointed. Smokin Yards was conviently located and had great reviews so we went for it. I had the chopped brisket and mashed potatoes. The meat was so bland. Didn’t really have a taste at all and was a little dry. I took a couple of bites and didn’t even finish it. My husband had the Carolina pulled pork and he stated the same thing about the meat. BUT the portion sizes were OK, the prices fair, the service was fast and the staff were super friendly.

The wife and myself went. I had the brisket sandwich and she had the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries and some Mac and cheese. All I have to say is, Delicious! We both loved it. The meats were soo good and the sweet potatoe fries we couldn't get enough of. Definitely try it!

Bomb BBQ. We had the brisket sandwich with green beans and the Carolina pulled pork sandwich with baked beans. Bomb. The Carolina pulled pork (spicy) with the coleslaw was delicious. Those baked beans were so smoky and just absolutely divine. This was some really really good BBQ and this review is coming a former Texan with some high BBQ standards! Try out Smokin Yard for sure!
