Olive & Finch

We had breakfast here recently while on vacation in the area. I was on a mission to try huevos rancheros at every breakfast stop and found the clear winner (out of 4 versions) here. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the tortillas were crunchy and flavorful and it had great sauces on the side. As we were on vacation, my Mary’s gimlet cocktail was also outstanding. My husband got the classic breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc. He said it was very good, not greasy and cooked well. The atmosphere was nice, clean and service was kind, prompt. Loved it, would return and highly recommend.

This upscale cafe is a great place to grab a bite if you’re in a hurry to catch a train or need to head back to work. However, the happy hour prices weren’t displayed on the QR code and had to walk to the front to order and they needed to edit the bill. I’m sure that will be fixed soon. Finally, I found a spot near Union Station in Denver that serves grilled artichoke, which is a strange craving I have sometimes. Also, LOVE the Tuna Sashimi Tostada. We ordered the green goodness, it was a refreshing and hydrating snack, with cucumbers and no leafy greens besides a little mint. My partner ordered the steak and fries. He thought the fries were too salty. I found the presentation cool and seemed like a decent proportion. Op got the Jalisco Orchard and hoping it was super tart and it was a great cocktail!

Hospitality at its absolute best. The staff are a prime example of what true, warm service should feel like - welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. We have interacted with 3 of them and they were all wonderful. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. My bruschetta was absolutely delicious -fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For dessert, my chocolate cake and cinnamon pastry were both incredible - rich yet not super sweet! I can’t wait to come back and try more! Olive & Finch is the kind of place that makes you feel taken care of while serving food that’s every bit as wonderful as the service. Highly recommended!

Wife had a butter croissant while I had a cherry hand pie. Both surpassed our expectations and were reasonably priced. Definitely get them heated up to get the best taste experience!
