Selection has become so much more approachable than in past years, which is great! Staff is much warmer too, its great to see the neighborhood wine store feel more a part of the community. Bill was very helpful, really listened to me say what I wanted and made some great suggestions!

Proof Wine & Spirits never disappoints. Incredible selection, and Bill is the absolute best knowledgeable, friendly, and always helps me find the perfect bottle. I can never say no to the wine and spirits tastings, and I always leave with something new I love. Amazing service, amazing vibes. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed proof in the past because it's close, has a solid selection, and there were friendly people working there. Over the last couple months though it really feels like a clique among the workers/other patrons. If you don't know the person working, they'll ring you up and shrug you off. I've had experiences where after paying, the person working has just walked away without a 'have a nice day' or a 'see ya next time'. Other times I've had to wait to be rung up while someone working continues to socialize. Making it seem like customers who are just there to buy something quick (or anything besides wine!) aren't worth the time. I'm not entirely sure what happened at proof but these experiences over the last few months really have me debating whether or not I actually want to go to proof each time I think about it. Used to have really solid experiences there, people asking if I needed help with anything, willing to make special orders, etc. The craziest part is my partner and I have been going to proof for over three years and have racked up many a points there and recommended others go there as well for the selection and the hospitality, though it can be a bit pricey. I'd love to see a change in attitude to patrons who aren't regulars or aren't stopping in for a tasting so I can once again be excited to take a trip to proof.

I highly recommend that cute little wine shop in RiNo. On my way home I looked for the nearest store where I could get some wine to go with dinner. The place is clean, well stocked, and what I noticed- each bottle has a price written on with a white marker (never seen that before- very unique). Also, except for wines you find there other liquor as well as beer. I guess one of the owners - Jessica- was super nice and helpful, she listened what I was looking for and also gave me some nice recommendations for types of wine I did not know until now. Her partner was also very knowledgeable. My friends and I enjoyed both wines I got that day. I’d be back! 🤗
