We were in the area looking for food and decided to try Chopstickers after seeing decent reviews on Google. Overall, it’s not bad, but it didn’t impress us enough to become a repeat spot. We ordered the beef noodle soup. The noodles were slippery and bouncy, and the broth was pretty flavorful. However the beef was not tender at all and quite dry, which was disappointing. We also had the dan dan noodles but the peanut flavor was very light, and in my opinion, not very authentic compared to traditional dan dan noodles. One dish that really stood out was the woodear mushroom appetizer. It was surprisingly good—each piece was well coated with garlic, chili sauce. It was very flavorful, came in a large portion, and was reasonably priced. This was easily the best dish we had and something I would highly recommend as an appetizer. We also ordered the water-fried bao. The bottom of the bao was nicely browned and crispy, while the bao itself was very soft. The meat filling was a bit small and slightly on the dry side (I’ve had juicier versions elsewhere), but it was still tasty overall. In general, this is a decent place if you’re craving noodles and bao.

Everything tasted fresh & comforting: juicy soup dumplings straight from the steamer, perfectly pan-seared potstickers with that crispy golden bottom, warm egg drop soup, & flavorful fried rice. The sauces were on point & you can tell the dishes were made with care, not rushed. On top of it all, they’re affordable! It’s one of those cozy places where you sit down hungry and leave completely happy & full. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to again when we are in town!

I come here for lunch from work almost every day. The food is amazing with good portions and unbeatable price for downtown food! The staff is always super friendly and a good atmosphere to eat in! Pork belly over rice is my go to along with the dandan noodles! Very delicious. Their egg drop soup is also very good!

I come here all the time for lunch. I like their dumplings, and their pork belly and rice the best. If you are in town for a convention or something, this is a perfect spot just walking distance away. Staff is always friendly and kind, and the food is amazing!
