Best fish and chips in town! Nice portions, crispy batter. Fried mushrooms a must have. The coleslaw was tangy and sweet just the way I like it. I ordered the half order of fish and chips. Which comes with 1 battered and deep fried fish, fries and some crispy. This place gets busy fast but the staff handled that professionally! Atmosphere is a little dated but some of us actually enjoy that. Service was quick and every entree was made to order. Menu was not overwhelming. I definitely will be back.

It's wonderful. Fast service, great food, good prices for a hearty meal, and malt vinegar on the tables. They cook it to order and the fish comes so hot it's hard to hold onto, but all the of us were trying to get our piece to eat it while it was still steaming. Their cod is flaky, firm, juicy and tender and coated in a magical tempura like batter that is super crunchy. The other seafood in the combo was good, too, but the fish was great. The clam strips were sweet and chewy crisp the way we love them. I might get a full order next time with just the fish instead of the combo. It's amazing when a place really knows what they're doing. The fries are solid as well, but the best part are the handful of crunchies from the batter that gets loose from the fish in the fryer. So glad they add those to the bottom of each serving. It reminded me of Japan, where the tempura crunchies are something you can use to top udon bowls. They give you plenty of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce, and there's also ketchup on the tables for those that need more than vinegar on their chips. They also have glass bottle Coke and Fanta for those that love those in addition to the regular fountain drinks. A nice touch.

This was 16.66??????? The chicken is literally the size of a french , chicken is 2.99 a pound and they maybe gave me a quarter pound. The basket of fries was half breading. I honestly have never felt so ripped off by a restaurant in my life. If I would have seen the food before paying I would have just walked out. Save your time and money and get food else where.
